The Rest of the Way Out

If Mizzou is to have any chance at righting the ship this season, it will have to start with Jason Horton. Horton has shown both flashes of skill and bucket loads of slop. Horton needs to understand that the other four guys on the court are depending on him to protect the ball and create high percentage scoring opportunities. Horton can't allow himself to just be another player out there. If there will ever be motion in Quin Snyder's offense, it will be because Jason Horton grasps the concept that he can rarely turn the ball over and that every drive, pass and cut is designed to create those easy scoring chances.
